ۚ وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ مُّحِيطًا

Transliteration

Wa lillaahi maa fis samaawaati wa maa fil ard; wa kaanal laahu bikulli shai'im muheetaa

Translation

And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And ever is Allah, of all things, encompassing.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

The dominion of everything in the heavens and the earth is Allah’s alone. Allah, with His knowledge, power and planning, surrounds everything in His creation.
