ۖ الَّذِي أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ وَبَدَأَ خَلْقَ الْإِنسَانِ مِن طِينٍ

Transliteration

Allazee ahsana kulla shai in khalaqa; wa bada a khalqal insaani min teen

Translation

Who perfected everything which He created and began the creation of man from clay.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

He is the being who perfected everything He created, and created the human from clay, without there having been a previous example of him.
