وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ

And not

بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
bimu'adhabina
(are) the ones to be punished
Transliteration
Wa maa nahnu bimu 'azzabeen
Translation
And we are not to be punished."
