وَمَا أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا وَإِن نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ

Transliteration

Wa maaa anta illaa basharum mislunaa wa innazunnuka laminal kaazibeen

Translation

You are but a man like ourselves, and indeed, we think you are among the liars.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

“You are only a human like us and have no privilege over us, so how could you be a Messenger? I think of you only to be a liar in your claim to be a Messenger.”
