Surah At-Tur 52:16 — translation and meaning

ۖ اصْلَوْهَا فَاصْبِرُوا أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

Transliteration
Islawhaa fasbirooo aw laa tasbiroo sawaaa'un 'alaikum innamaa tujzawna maa kuntum ta'maloon
Translation
[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient - it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do."
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
Taste the heat of this fire and suffer it. Be patient over suffering its heat or not; your patience or impatience is all the same. You will not be rewarded today except with the disbelief and sins you used to commit in the world”.
