مَن يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيمٌ

Transliteration

Mai yaateehi 'azaabuny yukhzeehi wa yahillu 'alaihi 'azaabum muqeem

Translation

To whom will come a torment disgracing him and on whom will descend an enduring punishment."

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Soon you will come to know who will be punished in this world in a way that disgraces and humiliates them, and upon whom an everlasting permanent punishment will come in the Hereafter.
