Surah Az-Zumar 39:63 — translation and meaning

ۗ لَّهُ مَقَالِيدُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ
Word by Word
Transliteration
Lahoo maqaaleedus sa maawaati wal ard; wallazeena kafaroo bi ayaatil laahi ulaaa'ika humul khaasiroon
Translation
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. And they who disbelieve in the verses of Allah - it is those who are the losers.
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
To Him alone belong the keys of the treasures of goodness in the heavens and the earth. He grants it to whoever He wills and withholds it from whoever He wills. Those who reject Allah’s signs they are the losers; as they are deprived of faith in the worldly life and they will enter the fire to live there forever in the Hereafter.
