قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ كَفَرْتُم بِهِ مَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنْ هُوَ فِي شِقَاقٍ بَعِيدٍ

Transliteration

Qul araiaitum in kaana min 'indil laahi summa kafar tum bihee man adallu mimman huwa fee shiqaqim ba'eed

Translation

Say, "Have you considered: if the Qur'an is from Allah and you disbelieved in it, who would be more astray than one who is in extreme dissension?"

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

O Messenger! Say to these idolaters who reject: Tell me, if this Qur’ān was from Allah and then you rejected and disbelieved in it, what will be your condition? Who is more wrong than the person who is stubborn towards the truth despites its appearance and the clarity and strength of its evidence.
