ۖ ۚ قَالَ كَذَلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ هُوَ عَلَيَّ هَيِّنٌ وَلِنَجْعَلَهُ آيَةً لِّلنَّاسِ وَرَحْمَةً مِّنَّا وَكَانَ أَمْرًا مَّقْضِيًّا

easy
وَلِنَجْعَلَهُ
walinaj'alahu
and so that We will make him
آيَةً
ayatan
a sign
لِّلنَّاسِ
lilnnasi
for the mankind
وَرَحْمَةً
warahmatan
and a Mercy
مِّنَّا
minna
from Us
وَكَانَ
wakana
And (it) is
أَمْرًا
amran
a matter
مَّقْضِيًّا
maqdiyyan
decreed
