إِن كُلُّ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِلَّا آتِي الرَّحْمَنِ عَبْدًا

Transliteration

In kullu man fis samaawaati wal ardi illaaa aatir Rahmaani 'abdaa

Translation

There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

There is no angel, human being or jinn in the heavens and earth but that he will come in submission to his Lord on the Day of Judgment.
