The Ihram for Umrah follows the same procedure as for Hajj. The pilgrim performs ghusl, wears the prescribed garments, and makes the intention (niyyah) specifically for Umrah at the Miqat point. The pilgrim then begins reciting the Talbiyah continuously until reaching the Kaaba. The same prohibitions apply: no cutting hair or nails, no perfume, no hunting, and no marital relations.
