ۚ وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ

الْقَاهِرُ
al-qahiru
(is) the Subjugator

عِبَادِهِ

His slaves
وَهُوَ

الْحَكِيمُ
al-hakimu

الْخَبِيرُ
