ۖ وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ مِن بَعْدِ عَادٍ وَبَوَّأَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ تَتَّخِذُونَ مِن سُهُولِهَا قُصُورًا وَتَنْحِتُونَ الْجِبَالَ بُيُوتًا فَاذْكُرُوا آلَاءَ اللَّهِ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
Mot a mot
ۖ
وَاذْكُرُوا
wa-udh'kuru
And remember
إِذْ
idh
when
جَعَلَكُمْ
ja'alakum
He made you
خُلَفَاءَ
khulafaa
successors
مِن
min
from
بَعْدِ
ba'di
after
عَادٍ
adin
Aad
وَبَوَّأَكُمْ
wabawwa-akum
and settled you
فِي
fi
in
الْأَرْضِ
al-ardi
the earth
تَتَّخِذُونَ
tattakhidhuna
You take
مِن
min
from
سُهُولِهَا
suhuliha
its plains
قُصُورًا
qusuran
palaces
وَتَنْحِتُونَ
watanhituna
and you carve out
الْجِبَالَ
al-jibala
the mountains
بُيُوتًا
buyutan
(as) homes
فَاذْكُرُوا
fa-udh'kuru
So remember
آلَاءَ
alaa
(the) Bounties
اللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
وَلَا
wala
and (do) not
تَعْثَوْا
ta'thaw
act wickedly
فِي
fi
in
الْأَرْضِ
al-ardi
(the) earth
مُفْسِدِينَ
muf'sidina
spreading corruption
