وَإِنْ عَزَمُوا الطَّلَاقَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

وَإِنْ

And if

they resolve
الطَّلَاقَ
al-talaqa
(on) [the] divorce
فَإِنَّ
fa-inna
then indeed
اللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
سَمِيعٌ
sami'un
(is) All-Hearing
عَلِيمٌ
alimun
All-Knowing
