ۙ ۙ لَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ فِي مَوَاطِنَ كَثِيرَةٍ وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ فَلَمْ تُغْنِ عَنكُمْ شَيْئًا وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ ثُمَّ وَلَّيْتُم مُّدْبِرِينَ

Verily
نَصَرَكُمُ
nasarakumu
Allah helped you
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah helped you
فِي

مَوَاطِنَ
mawatina
regions
كَثِيرَةٍ

many
وَيَوْمَ
wayawma
and (on the) day
حُنَيْنٍ
hunaynin
(of) Hunain
إِذْ

when
أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ
a'jabatkum
pleased you
كَثْرَتُكُمْ
kathratukum
your multitude
فَلَمْ
falam
but not
تُغْنِ
tugh'ni
availed
عَنكُمْ
ankum
you
شَيْئًا
shayan
anything
وَضَاقَتْ
wadaqat
and (was) straitened
عَلَيْكُمُ
alaykumu
for you
الْأَرْضُ
al-ardu
the earth
بِمَا
bima
(in spite) of its vastness
رَحُبَتْ
rahubat
(in spite) of its vastness
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
وَلَّيْتُم
wallaytum
you turned back
مُّدْبِرِينَ
mud'birina
fleeing
