ۚ ۚ يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَالَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ مَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِن قِطْمِيرٍ

and He has subjected
الشَّمْسَ
al-shamsa
the sun
وَالْقَمَرَ
wal-qamara
and the moon
كُلٌّ
kullun
each
يَجْرِي
yajri
running
لِأَجَلٍ
li-ajalin
for a term
مُّسَمًّى
musamman
appointed
ذَلِكُمُ
dhalikumu
That (is)
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
رَبُّكُمْ
rabbukum
your Lord
لَهُ
lahu
for Him
الْمُلْكُ
al-mul'ku
(is) the Dominion
وَالَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
And those whom
تَدْعُونَ
tad'una
you invoke
مِن
min
besides Him
دُونِهِ
dunihi
besides Him
مَا
ma
not
يَمْلِكُونَ
yamlikuna
they possess
مِن
min
even
قِطْمِيرٍ
qit'mirin
(as much as) the membrane of a date-seed
