ۚ ۖ مَّا يَفْتَحِ اللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحْمَةٍ فَلَا مُمْسِكَ لَهَا وَمَا يُمْسِكْ فَلَا مُرْسِلَ لَهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

مَّا

What
يَفْتَحِ
yaftahi
Allah grants
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah grants
لِلنَّاسِ
lilnnasi
to mankind
مِن
min
of
رَّحْمَةٍ
rahmatin
Mercy
فَلَا
fala
then none
مُمْسِكَ
mum'sika
(can) withhold
لَهَا
laha
it
وَمَا
wama
And what
يُمْسِكْ
yum'sik
He withholds
فَلَا
fala
then none
مُرْسِلَ
mur'sila
(can) release
لَهُ
lahu
it
مِن
min
thereafter
بَعْدِهِ
ba'dihi
thereafter
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
And He
الْعَزِيزُ
al-'azizu
(is) the All-Mighty
الْحَكِيمُ
al-hakimu
