ۚ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَن فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا يَتَّبِعُ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ شُرَكَاءَ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ

Translitteration

Alaaa inna lillaahi man fis samaawaati wa man fil ard; wa maa yattabi'ul lazeena yad'oona min doonil laahi shurakaaa'; iny yattabi'oona illaz zannna wa in hum illaa yakhrusoon

Traduction

C'est à Allah qu'appartient, ce qui est dans les cieux et ce qui est sur la terre. Que suivent donc ceux qui invoquent, en dehors d'Allah, [des divinités] qu'ils Lui associent? Ils ne suivent que la conjecture et ne font que mentir.

Interprétation du verset (Tafsir)

Allah Seul est le propriétaire de ce que contiennent les Cieux et la Terre. Que suivent donc les polythéistes qui adorent des associés en dehors d’Allah? En vérité, ils ne font que suivre ce qui est douteux et ne font que mentir en attribuant des associés à Allah, qu’Allah soit purifié de ce qu’ils prétendent.
