فَتَوَلَّى بِرُكْنِهِ وَقَالَ سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ

Transliteration

Fatawalla biruknihee wa qaala saahirun aw majnoon

Translation

But he turned away with his supporters and said," A magician or a madman."

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

But Pharaoh turned away from the truth, and he said regarding Moses (peace be upon him): “He is a magician that does magic on people or a madman who says what he does not understand”.
