ۚ ۚ وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

And for Allah
مُلْكُ
mul'ku
(is the) kingdom
السَّمَاوَاتِ
al-samawati
(of) the heavens
وَالْأَرْضِ
wal-ardi
and the earth

yaghfiru
He forgives
لِمَن
liman
whom
يَشَاءُ
yashau
He wills
وَيُعَذِّبُ
wayu'adhibu
and punishes
مَن
man
whom
يَشَاءُ
yashau
He wills
وَكَانَ
wakana
And is
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
غَفُورًا
ghafuran
Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمًا
rahiman
