Surah Al-Furqan 25:51 — translation and meaning

وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ نَّذِيرًا

Transliteration

Wa law shi'naa laba'asnaa fee kulli qar yatin nazeeraa

Translation

And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

If it had been My will, I would have sent a Messenger to every town, to warn them of Allah’s punishment. But I did not will that. I only sent Muhammad (peace be upon him) as a Messenger to all people.
