وَهُدُوا إِلَى الطَّيِّبِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ وَهُدُوا إِلَى صِرَاطِ الْحَمِيدِ

Transliteration

Wa hudooo ilat taiyibi minal qawli wa hudooo ilaaa siraatil hameed

Translation

And they had been guided [in worldly life] to good speech, and they were guided to the path of the Praiseworthy.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Allah guided them in the worldly life towards pleasant sayings, such as testifying there is no god besides Allah, proclaiming the greatness of Allah and praising Him, and He guided them towards the praiseworthy path of Islam.
