ۖ ۗ وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَمَن قُتِلَ مَظْلُومًا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِيِّهِ سُلْطَانًا فَلَا يُسْرِف فِّي الْقَتْلِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ مَنصُورًا

ۗ
وَلَا
wala
And (do) not
تَقْتُلُوا
taqtulu

النَّفْسَ
al-nafsa
the soul
الَّتِي

حَرَّمَ
harrama
Allah has forbidden
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah has forbidden
إِلَّا
illa
except
بِالْحَقِّ
bil-haqi
by right
وَمَن
waman
And whoever
قُتِلَ
qutila
(is) killed
مَظْلُومًا
mazluman
wrongfully
فَقَدْ
faqad
verily
جَعَلْنَا
ja'alna
We have made
لِوَلِيِّهِ
liwaliyyihi
for his heir
سُلْطَانًا
sul'tanan
an authority
فَلَا
fala
but not
يُسْرِف
yus'rif
he should exceed
فِّي
fi
in
الْقَتْلِ
al-qatli
the killing
إِنَّهُ
innahu
Indeed, he
كَانَ
kana
is
مَنصُورًا
mansuran
