أُولَئِكَ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَهُمْ لَهَا سَابِقُونَ

Transliteration

Ulaaa'ika yusaari'oona fil khairaati wa hum lahaa saabiqoon

Translation

It is those who hasten to good deeds, and they outstrip [others] therein.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Those possessing these lofty characteristics hasten towards good deeds, and beat others in performing them. That is why they surpass everyone else.
