فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ الْقُرْآنَ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ

Transliteration

Fa izaa qara tal Quraana fasta'iz billaahi minashh Shai taanir rajeem

Translation

So when you recite the Qur'an, [first] seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy].

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

When you intend to recite the Qur’ān - O believer - then ask Allah to protect you from the whispering of the Satan, who is rejected from Allah’s mercy.
