ۚ ۚ وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ وَهُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَهُ الْمَثَلُ الْأَعْلَى فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

الْأَعْلَى

the highest

السَّمَاوَاتِ
al-samawati
the heavens
وَالْأَرْضِ
wal-ardi
and the earth
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
And He
الْعَزِيزُ
al-'azizu
(is) the All-Mighty
الْحَكِيمُ
al-hakimu
