وَإِن يَرَوْا كِسْفًا مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ سَاقِطًا يَقُولُوا سَحَابٌ مَّرْكُومٌ

Transliteration

Wa iny yaraw kisfam minas samaaa'i saaqitany yaqooloo sahaabum markoom

Translation

And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up."

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

And if they see a piece of the sky falling, they will say: “This is a cloud which is piled up on each other as usual”. So they do not take heed or believe.
