ۚ ۚ قُلْ مَن يَرْزُقُكُم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَمَّن يَمْلِكُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَمَن يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَيُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ وَمَن يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ فَسَيَقُولُونَ اللَّهُ فَقُلْ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

وَالْأَرْضِ

Or who
يَمْلِكُ
yamliku
controls
السَّمْعَ
al-sam'a
the hearing
وَالْأَبْصَارَ
wal-absara
and the sight
وَمَن
waman
And who
يُخْرِجُ
yukh'riju
brings out
الْحَيَّ
al-haya
the living
مِنَ
mina
from
الْمَيِّتِ
al-mayiti
the dead
وَيُخْرِجُ
wayukh'riju
and brings forth
الْمَيِّتَ
al-mayita
the dead
مِنَ
mina
from
الْحَيِّ
al-hayi
the living
وَمَن
waman
And who
يُدَبِّرُ
yudabbiru
disposes
الْأَمْرَ
al-amra
the affairs
فَسَيَقُولُونَ
fasayaquluna
Then they will say
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
فَقُلْ
faqul
Then say
أَفَلَا
afala
Then will not
تَتَّقُونَ
tattaquna
you fear (Him)
