وَكَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ وَلِتَسْتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ

الْآيَاتِ
al-ayati

وَلِتَسْتَبِينَ

so that becomes manifest
سَبِيلُ
sabilu
(the) way
الْمُجْرِمِينَ
al-muj'rimina
