ۚ ذَلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَلَوْ أَشْرَكُوا لَحَبِطَ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

ذَلِكَ

(is the) Guidance
اللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
يَهْدِي
yahdi
He guides
بِهِ
bihi
with it
مَن
man
whom
يَشَاءُ
yashau
He wills
مِنْ

عِبَادِهِ
ibadihi
His slaves
وَلَوْ
walaw
But if
أَشْرَكُوا
ashraku
they (had) associated partners (with Allah)
لَحَبِطَ
lahabita
surely (would be) worthless
عَنْهُم
anhum
for them
مَّا
ma
what
كَانُوا
kanu
they used to
يَعْمَلُونَ
ya'maluna
