ۚ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا وَأَصْلَحُوا وَبَيَّنُوا فَأُولَئِكَ أَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَنَا التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ

إِلَّا

Except
الَّذِينَ

تَابُوا
tabu
who repent[ed]
وَأَصْلَحُوا
wa-aslahu
and reform[ed]
وَبَيَّنُوا
wabayyanu
and openly declar[ed]
فَأُولَئِكَ
fa-ulaika
Then those
أَتُوبُ
atubu
I will accept repentance
عَلَيْهِمْ
alayhim
from them
وَأَنَا
wa-ana
and I (am)
التَّوَّابُ
al-tawabu
the Acceptor of Repentance
الرَّحِيمُ
al-rahimu
the Most Merciful
