ۚ هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِي ظُلَلٍ مِّنَ الْغَمَامِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ وَقُضِيَ الْأَمْرُ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ الْأُمُورُ

and is decreed
الْأَمْرُ
al-amru
the matter
وَإِلَى
wa-ila
And to
اللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
تُرْجَعُ
tur'ja'u
return
الْأُمُورُ
al-umuru
(all) the matters
