ۖ ۗ ۖ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرْهٌ لَّكُمْ وَعَسَى أَن تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَعَسَى أَن تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
Mot a mot
ۖ
ۗ
ۖ
كُتِبَ
kutiba
Is prescribed
عَلَيْكُمُ
alaykumu
upon you
الْقِتَالُ
al-qitalu
[the] fighting
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
while it
كُرْهٌ
kur'hun
(is) hateful
لَّكُمْ
lakum
to you
وَعَسَى
wa'asa
But perhaps
أَن
an
[that]
تَكْرَهُوا
takrahu
you dislike
شَيْئًا
shayan
a thing
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
and it
خَيْرٌ
khayrun
(is) good
لَّكُمْ
lakum
for you
وَعَسَى
wa'asa
and perhaps
أَن
an
[that]
تُحِبُّوا
tuhibbu
you love
شَيْئًا
shayan
a thing
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
and it
شَرٌّ
sharrun
(is) bad
لَّكُمْ
lakum
for you
وَاللَّهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
يَعْلَمُ
ya'lamu
knows
وَأَنتُمْ
wa-antum
while you
لَا
la
(do) not
تَعْلَمُونَ
ta'lamuna
know
