قَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَى اللَّهُ بُنْيَانَهُم مِّنَ الْقَوَاعِدِ فَخَرَّ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّقْفُ مِن فَوْقِهِمْ وَأَتَاهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ

the foundations
فَخَرَّ
fakharra
so fell
عَلَيْهِمُ
alayhimu
upon them
السَّقْفُ
al-saqfu
the roof
مِن

from
فَوْقِهِمْ
fawqihim
above them
وَأَتَاهُمُ
wa-atahumu
and came to them
الْعَذَابُ
al-'adhabu
the punishment
مِنْ

from
حَيْثُ
haythu
where
لَا

they (did) not perceive
يَشْعُرُونَ
yash'uruna
they (did) not perceive
