أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ عَلَى تَخَوُّفٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

that He may seize them

a gradual wasting
فَإِنَّ
fa-inna
But indeed
رَبَّكُمْ
rabbakum
your Lord
لَرَءُوفٌ
laraufun
(is) surely Full of Kindness
رَّحِيمٌ
rahimun
