وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِّنَ الْأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ
Mot a mot
وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
وَقَعَ
waqa'a
(is) fulfilled
الْقَوْلُ
al-qawlu
the word
عَلَيْهِمْ
alayhim
against them
أَخْرَجْنَا
akhrajna
We will bring forth
لَهُمْ
lahum
for them
دَابَّةً
dabbatan
a creature
مِّنَ
mina
from
الْأَرْضِ
al-ardi
the earth
تُكَلِّمُهُمْ
tukallimuhum
speaking to them
أَنَّ
anna
that
النَّاسَ
al-nasa
the people
كَانُوا
kanu
were
بِآيَاتِنَا
biayatina
of Our Signs
لَا
la
not
يُوقِنُونَ
yuqinuna
certain
