ۖ اللَّهُ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَيَبْسُطُهُ فِي السَّمَاءِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ وَيَجْعَلُهُ كِسَفًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ فَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
Mot a mot
ۖ
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
الَّذِي
alladhi
(is) the One Who
يُرْسِلُ
yur'silu
sends
الرِّيَاحَ
al-riyaha
the winds
فَتُثِيرُ
fatuthiru
so they raise
سَحَابًا
sahaban
(the) clouds
فَيَبْسُطُهُ
fayabsutuhu
then He spreads them
فِي
fi
in
السَّمَاءِ
al-samai
the sky
كَيْفَ
kayfa
how
يَشَاءُ
yashau
He wills
وَيَجْعَلُهُ
wayaj'aluhu
and He makes them
كِسَفًا
kisafan
fragments
فَتَرَى
fatara
so you see
الْوَدْقَ
al-wadqa
the rain
يَخْرُجُ
yakhruju
coming forth
مِنْ
min
from
خِلَالِهِ
khilalihi
their midst
فَإِذَا
fa-idha
Then when
أَصَابَ
asaba
He causes it to fall on
بِهِ
bihi
He causes it to fall on
مَن
man
whom
يَشَاءُ
yashau
He wills
مِنْ
min
of
عِبَادِهِ
ibadihi
His slaves
إِذَا
idha
behold
هُمْ
hum
They
يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
yastabshiruna
rejoice
