ۚ وَهُوَ الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاءِ إِلَهٌ وَفِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَهٌ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْعَلِيمُ

السَّمَاءِ

the heaven
إِلَهٌ

الْحَكِيمُ
al-hakimu
(is) the All-Wise
الْعَلِيمُ
