ۚ وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَن تُؤْمِنَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَيَجْعَلُ الرِّجْسَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ

And He will place
الرِّجْسَ
al-rij'sa
the wrath
عَلَى
ala
on
الَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
لَا

يَعْقِلُونَ
ya'qiluna
