ۖ قَالَ رَبِّ السِّجْنُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِمَّا يَدْعُونَنِي إِلَيْهِ وَإِلَّا تَصْرِفْ عَنِّي كَيْدَهُنَّ أَصْبُ إِلَيْهِنَّ وَأَكُن مِّنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ
Mot a mot
ۖ
قَالَ
qala
He said
رَبِّ
rabbi
My Lord
السِّجْنُ
al-sij'nu
the prison
أَحَبُّ
ahabbu
(is) dearer
إِلَيَّ
ilayya
to me
مِمَّا
mimma
than what
يَدْعُونَنِي
yad'unani
they invite me
إِلَيْهِ
ilayhi
to it
وَإِلَّا
wa-illa
And unless
تَصْرِفْ
tasrif
You turn away
عَنِّي
anni
from me
كَيْدَهُنَّ
kaydahunna
their plot
أَصْبُ
asbu
I might incline
إِلَيْهِنَّ
ilayhinna
towards them
وَأَكُن
wa-akun
and [I] be
مِّنَ
mina
of
الْجَاهِلِينَ
al-jahilina
the ignorant
