ۚ رَّبُّكُمُ الَّذِي يُزْجِي لَكُمُ الْفُلْكَ فِي الْبَحْرِ لِتَبْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِهِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا

Transliteration

Rabbukumul lazee yuzjee lakumul fulka fil bahri litabtaghoo min fadlih; innahoo kaana bikum Raheemaa

Translation

It is your Lord who drives the ship for you through the sea that you may seek of His bounty. Indeed, He is ever, to you, Merciful.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Your Lord - O people - is the one who makes the ships sail for you in the sea, hoping to seek your sustenance through the profits from trade and the like. He is Merciful to you as He facilitated these means for you.
