Translation

Then have they not reflected over the Qur'an, or has there come to them that which had not come to their forefathers?

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Will these idolaters not ponder over the Qur’ān Allah has revealed, bring faith in it and implement its teachings? Or is it that something has come to them which did not come to their predecessors, so they turned away from it and rejected it?
