ۚ وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً طَهُورًا

الرِّيَاحَ
al-riyaha
the winds
بُشْرًا
bush'ran
(as) glad tidings
بَيْنَ

يَدَيْ

رَحْمَتِهِ
rahmatihi
His Mercy
وَأَنزَلْنَا
wa-anzalna
and We send down
مِنَ
mina
from
السَّمَاءِ
al-samai
the sky
مَاءً
maan
water
طَهُورًا
tahuran
pure
