ۚ وَلَوِ اتَّبَعَ الْحَقُّ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ لَفَسَدَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ بَلْ أَتَيْنَاهُم بِذِكْرِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَن ذِكْرِهِم مُّعْرِضُونَ
Mot a mot
ۚ
وَلَوِ
walawi
But if
اتَّبَعَ
ittaba'a
(had) followed
الْحَقُّ
al-haqu
the truth
أَهْوَاءَهُمْ
ahwaahum
their desires
لَفَسَدَتِ
lafasadati
surely (would) have been corrupted
السَّمَاوَاتُ
al-samawatu
the heavens
وَالْأَرْضُ
wal-ardu
and the earth
وَمَن
waman
and whoever
فِيهِنَّ
fihinna
(is) therein
بَلْ
bal
Nay
أَتَيْنَاهُم
ataynahum
We have brought them
بِذِكْرِهِمْ
bidhik'rihim
their reminder
فَهُمْ
fahum
but they
عَن
an
from
ذِكْرِهِم
dhik'rihim
their reminder
مُّعْرِضُونَ
mu'riduna
(are) turning away
