Luqman 31:17
لقمان · Verset 17 / 34 · Page 412
ۖ يَا بُنَيَّ أَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَانْهَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَاصْبِرْ عَلَى مَا أَصَابَكَ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ الْأُمُورِ
Mot a mot
ۖ
يَا بُنَيَّ
yabunayya
O my son
أَقِمِ
aqimi
Establish
الصَّلَاةَ
al-salata
the prayer
وَأْمُرْ
wamur
and enjoin
بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
bil-ma'rufi
[with] the right
وَانْهَ
wa-in'ha
and forbid
عَنِ
ani
from
الْمُنكَرِ
al-munkari
the wrong
وَاصْبِرْ
wa-is'bir
and be patient
عَلَى
ala
over
مَا
ma
what
أَصَابَكَ
asabaka
befalls you
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ذَلِكَ
dhalika
that
مِنْ
min
(is) of
عَزْمِ
azmi
the matters requiring determination
الْأُمُورِ
