فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ

فَلَا
fala
But nay!
أُقْسِمُ
uq'simu
I swear
بِرَبِّ
birabbi
by (the) Lord
الْمَشَارِقِ
al-mashariqi
(of) the rising
وَالْمَغَارِبِ
wal-magharibi
and the settings
إِنَّا
inna
that We
لَقَادِرُونَ
laqadiruna
(are) surely Able
