وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَاهُم بِالْعَذَابِ فَمَا اسْتَكَانُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ
Mot a mot
وَلَقَدْ
walaqad
And verily
أَخَذْنَاهُم
akhadhnahum
We seized them
بِالْعَذَابِ
bil-'adhabi
with the punishment
فَمَا
fama
but not
اسْتَكَانُوا
is'takanu
they submit
لِرَبِّهِمْ
lirabbihim
to their Lord
وَمَا
wama
and not
يَتَضَرَّعُونَ
yatadarra'una
they supplicate humbly
